About Us:
The Testability Management Action Group (TMAG) is a grass roots
organization of test and diagnostic engineering professionals who
are trying to support the widespread adoption of Design for
Testability and Design for Test (DFT) within industry through a
focal website resource.
Our Mission and Purpose:
This website is going to provide a public and impartial listing of
available DFT tools for ICs, boards, modules, and up to systems. The
listing will be initially assembled by our contributing members. The
purpose of this site is to provide a means to address and inform the
various aspects of DFT and its related components so that industry
management as well as engineers can better understand the tools and
benefits of these tools in planning for high-value test and
diagnostic alternatives and solutions.
Our Commitment to You:
Our organization and contributing members are tasked with striving to
be comprehensive, informative and impartial about industry DFT
tools. This endeavor is greatly simplified with your assistance as
we are not tasked with interpreting available marketing literature
and may not do your tools proper justice without your
participation. Upon receipt of your survey, it is our commitment to
you that we will represent your DFT tool in a manner that will be
respected and considered equally with the other DFT tools (within
the feasible limits of our survey and website).
Our Special Request:
As a result of this process, you have been considered as a respected
candidate who may have the background and integrity to provide us
with a little more information about your DFT Tools as you deem
